Anhui Urban Construction Design & Research Institute

A very blunt assessment from people who have spent time there: many alumni and classmates reportedly found the environment deeply unfriendly to staff, with severe pressure placed on designers for the benefit of management. The verdict given was harsh: not recommended at all.

Anhui Transport Planning and Design Research Institute

This institute is said to have extremely heavy overtime, and even a six-day workweek. Anyone considering it should decide based on what they can actually accept—work is supposed to support life, not replace it.
